Since every outfit is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a defective product, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear pictures of the issue on WhatsApp or email. Once reviewed, we will arrange an exchange or issue a credit note.
2. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Minimal outfits: 7–10 working days
Heavy/customised outfits: 3–4 weeks

3. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Every piece at Kashish Mutha is handcrafted from scratch. You can customise colors, embroidery, fit, or design elements. Just reach out to us with your preferences — we’d love to bring your vision to life.

You can place your order directly through our website or connect with us via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email. Once you confirm the design and make the payment, your order moves into production.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on the destination.
7. How should I care for my outfit?
Most of our garments feature delicate handwork. We recommend dry cleaning only to maintain the beauty and longevity of each piece.
8. What if my size is different from the chart?
No worries! We make each outfit to your measurements. Just share your exact size details during the order process.
