Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kashish Mutha, each outfit is custom-made with great care and precision, ensuring you receive a piece crafted especially for you.
As a result, we do not accept returns or refunds for any customized or made-to-order products.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage.

To initiate an exchange:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Send clear pictures and details of the defect to our official contact or email.

Our team will review your request and verify the issue.

Once approved, we will offer:

A credit note (redeemable only at Kashish Mutha), or

An exchange for another product of the same value.

Please Note:

The product must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.

Exchange requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
